Finance Director

Responsible for structuring and professionalizing the finance function, anticipating capital and working capital needs, optimizing funding sources, and actively participating in business investment and expansion decisions. Experience in companies with a high level of asset investment (CAPEX).

• Design and lead the group's financial strategy.
• Supervise treasury and control cash flow.
• Prepare short, medium, and long-term financial forecasts.
• Detect and anticipate financing and working capital needs.
• Negotiate financial operations with banking entities.
• Analyze and structure leasing, renting, and investment financing operations.
• Supervise the group's accounting and taxation, participating in relevant financial decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports for management and shareholders.
• Design and control annual investment budgets.
• Lead the group's machinery renewal and expansion plan.
• Monitor key indicators such as:
  • Average Collection Period (ACP).
  • Average Payment Period (APP).
  • Operating cash flow.
  • Indebtedness.
  • Return on investment.
• Participate in corporate growth and business expansion projects.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or similar.
• Postgraduate studies in Financial Management, Management Control, or an MBA are valued.
• Previous experience as Finance Director, CFO, or Finance Manager.
• Experience in CAPEX-intensive companies.
• Track record in banking negotiation and investment financing.
• Experience managing treasury, budgets, and financial planning.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
