Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Automation, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving faults in automated machinery.
Knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation.
Problem-solving, autonomous profile accustomed to working under pressure during production incidents.
Availability to work rotating shifts.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in extrusion, plastic injection, automotive, die-making, or continuous industrial processes environments.

The role

We are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring maximum availability of production lines by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial extrusion machinery. The position combines mechanical, electrical, and automation interventions in a continuous and highly automated production environment.

What you'll do

Perform preventive, corrective, predictive and proactive maintenance of the entire extrusion machinery fleet.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic faults in automated production lines.
Execute maintenance work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Perform interventions on electrical panels and industrial automation elements.
Collaborate in the commissioning of equipment and production lines following incidents or shutdowns.
Work with PLCs from different manufacturers for fault diagnosis and localization.
Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturers when specialized interventions are necessary.
Participate in the continuous improvement of production equipment to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with the safety, quality, and production standards established by the company.
