Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos), or similar.
Consolidated experience of at least 5 years performing Site Manager functions in civil works projects.
Solid knowledge in project planning, preparation of measurements, and economic monitoring of works.
Leadership skills, team management, and decision-making ability.
Availability to travel and supervise different sites according to project needs.
Valid Class B driver's license.
Previous experience in the execution and management of public works projects.
Proficiency in construction management tools and software.
Accredited training in Occupational Risk Prevention (OSH).

The role

As a Civil Works Site Manager in Valencia, you will direct the execution of construction projects within the Property sector, coordinating on-site works to meet the planned schedule. Your work will allow for the maintenance of daily control over operations and ensure orderly progress through each phase of the project.

Plan and organize civil works in Valencia to ensure the progress of each project.
Coordinate daily tasks on-site and maintain an orderly execution of construction activities.
Supervise the development of works to verify their compliance with the established planning.
Monitor the progress of the construction phases and detect operational needs during execution.
Organize the resources available on-site to facilitate the completion of the planned works.
Monitor the planning and communicate the progress status of the operations.
Ensure the correct coordination of the works linked to each civil works project.
