What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Master's degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences.
Proficiency in Actuarial Mathematics.
Extensive experience (>5 years) in the valuation and management of Large Group Insurance accounts (Life Risk, Accident, Savings, and Annuities).
Knowledge of programming and automation (Excel/VBA, Python, or other related tools), with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of taxation and regulations for Group Life Insurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Programming languages (Vba, Python, ...) and proficiency in the Office suite.
Taxation applicable to Life Insurance.
Legal and Regulatory Environment of Life Insurance, especially related to Pension Commitments
Result orientation, technical rigor, and attention to detail.
Analytical capacity.
English level (B1 - B2).

The role

Contribute to the profitable and sustainable growth of the Group Life business through the performance of actuarial valuations, pricing of operations, technical analysis of results, and the development of calculation models and tools that facilitate decision-making and process optimization.

What you'll do

Perform the pricing and quoting of Group Life insurance operations, analyzing the characteristics of the insured groups and defining the applicable technical hypotheses.
Prepare actuarial valuations of insured commitments, mathematical provisions, annuities, and savings products.
Calculate and analyze the technical profit and loss account by client, product, or group, identifying deviations and opportunities for profitability improvement.
Manage, clean, and transform large volumes of information from clients, brokers, and internal systems, guaranteeing data quality and consistency.
Participate in digital transformation projects, process optimization, and the development of new actuarial tools.
