About the role

We are looking for a Global Senior Reward Analyst / Specialist

What you'll do

The Global Senior Reward Analyst / Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and governance of the Global Rewards framework across the organisation. The role delivers compensation programmes, reward analytics, job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay governance activities to ensure fair, competitive, and consistent reward practices. By providing expert analytical insights and partnering with People & Culture and business stakeholders, the role enables data-driven reward decisions that support organisational growth and an engaging employee value proposition.

  1. Perform pay equity, gender pay gap, and other reward governance analyses, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions where appropriate with particular focus on EU Pay Transparency compliance.
  2. Support annual compensation review cycles, including bonus planning, promotions, and salary adjustments, ensuring accurate analysis and governance.
  3. Conduct advanced reward analysis and modelling, including regression analyses, pay equity assessments, salary range modelling, compa-ratio analysis, and workforce cost forecasting to support strategic reward decisions.
  4. Lead market benchmarking activities using external salary surveys and market data to assess competitiveness and make recommendations regarding pay positioning.
  5. Maintain and support the organisation's Job Architecture and Job Evaluation framework, ensuring consistency in job levelling, grading, and career structures.
  6. Produce detailed reward dashboards, reports, and presentations for People and Culture, Finance, and senior business stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  7. Partner with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent, Finance, and People Analytics teams to support reward projects.
  8. Maintain reward-related data integrity within P&C systems in collaboration with the Data Team and the MyPeopleHub team, and support process improvements through reporting automation and technology enhancements.

  • Experience using HR systems and reward technologies to support reporting and process improvement.
