What you'll do

Process and Project ManagerGeneral Job DescriptionThe Process and Project Analyst is responsible for the creation, updating, and implementation of the Company's operational processes. They are also responsible for managing improvement, information, and innovation projects, from their creation and development through to their implementation, working as a team with the Distribution Network. Additionally, they lead the Company's CO2 reduction project together with our Head Office.Main ResponsibilitiesProcess Management and Implementations

Design, document, and implement detailed operational processes for all transport operation areas: pickups, distribution, long-haul, and special services.
Provide on-site support for implementations at branch offices, including:
Initial analysis of current operations and identification of specific needs
On-site training of staff in new processes and tools
Direct supervision during the start-up period
Post-implementation follow-up and necessary adjustments
Develop and keep the operational procedures manual up to date, including:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Detailed work orders for each operational position
User guides for tools and systems
Incident resolution protocols
Manage a control and monitoring system to ensure the correct application of processes.

Technical Management and TMS

TMS configuration to support operational processes.
Testing of technical specifications for new developments and system improvements.
Backup support for integrations between different systems and operational tools.
Support for the TMS key user during peak work periods or absences.

CO2 Reduction Project

Participation in project meetings with France
Updating local reports on implemented actions
Coordination with operational teams in the rollout of new measures.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical and Operational RequirementsEducation and Experience

Technical education; engineering or computer science degree valued.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transport and distribution sector
Minimum recent B2 English level

Desired Operational Knowledge

Practical experience in transport and distribution operations
Mastery of cross-docking processes and warehouse management
In-depth knowledge of last-mile operations

Desired Technical Knowledge

Ability to prepare operational documentation
Ability to understand technical logic
Valuable knowledge of SQL for queries and data analysis
Experience in configuring management software, preferably transport software

Additional Requirements

Occasional availability to travel nationally for implementations and follow-ups
Ability to work flexible hours during implementation periods
Own vehicle
