Project Engineer (German speaking)

• Coordination of interdepartmental project follow-up meetings at the plant
• Preparation of project progress reports both within the plant and for reporting to Germany
• Definition of KPIs for project launch follow-up
• Promoting robust and clear processes related to project launch
• Coordinating all departments in the Problem-Solving Process, identifying the key contacts needed to resolve an issue, and acting as a facilitator to accelerate decision-making and, if necessary, coordinating escalation meetings.

We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector to lead and manage technical projects at our Vitoria site. The ideal candidate will have a results-oriented profile, with the ability to coordinate teams and ensure objectives are met.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Academic qualifications: University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering and/or Organizational Engineering
• Professional experience in Production/Engineering
• Languages: fluent German
• Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques in the automotive sector and/or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
• Knowledge of shop floor management
• Strong ability to lead and work in multidisciplinary and international teams
• Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to adapt quickly to change, as well as strong communication skills
