Previous experience of at least 3 years in project engineering supervision. Ideally in service stations, although we value experience in other sectors.

Experience in AutoCAD and Presto.

The role

At Michael Page, we are looking for a Project Engineer for the development of service stations at an important leading company in its sector.

What you'll do

Supervise work with the external engineering company.
Review and correct the drafting and design of assigned construction projects.
Prepare budgets.
Verify that the project is free of errors in technical aspects, especially in measurements and construction elements.
Evaluate the compatibility of the project with the company's model and standards, ensuring its alignment with the company's objectives and requirements.
Present information clearly and precisely to guarantee correct interpretation by suppliers and the bidding team.
Propose construction alternatives and solutions that optimize project execution in terms of costs, deadlines, and efficiency.
Prioritize the essential elements of the project and distinguish between mandatory and superfluous expenses, providing recommendations to optimize the budget and minimize additional costs.
Perform project monitoring and coordinate work with other departments.
Provide technical support during the construction phase.
Define major technical solutions, associated with municipal requirements, to obtain the license.
Coordinate the work of the Technical Office area with Licensing.
Generate and present reports to Management to facilitate decision-making.
Report the status of the different projects.
