Internal Infrastructure Plant Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for an Internal Infrastructure Plant Engineer, Project Manager (m/f) to join our offices in Madrid immediately. The role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of turnkey industrial projects within the Telecommunications operator environment.

The successful candidate joining as a Civil Engineer for telecom infrastructure, Project Manager (m/f), will be responsible for the following duties:

• Comprehensive Project Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of the projects
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage the project schedule, requesting and planning resources efficiently, both technical and human.
• Technical Supervision and On-Site Execution:
• Perform on-site surveys and generate survey reports for submission to the client
• Coordinate and supervise on-site project execution across all its phases
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical regulations and standards.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Coordination with Teams and Suppliers:
• Direct and manage field work teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.

• Perform financial monitoring of the project.
• Control costs and manage budget deviations.

• Manage technical and legal documentation (work permits and activity licenses).

The successful candidate joining as a Civil Engineer for telecom infrastructure, Project Manager (m/f), must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing energy projects, industrial infrastructures (trays, HVAC, fire protection), fiber optics, and telecommunications, as well as knowledge of civil works, construction techniques, foundations, trenches, small concrete slabs, manholes, and registers, etc.
• Experience in turnkey projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and networks, Installation and supervision of fiber optic and structured cabling projects, Telecommunications and civil works regulations and standards, Budget management and cost control.

Se precisa incorporar de forma inmediata en las oficinas de Madrid un perfil de Ingeniero planta interna infraestructuras, Jefe de Proyecto (h/m) que será el responsable de la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos llave en mano de tipo industrial en el entorno de Operadores del sector Telecomunicaciones.

La persona que se incorpore como Ingeniero civil para infraestructuras de teleco, Jefe/a de Proyectos (h/m) deberá cumplir con las siguientes funciones:

• Gestión integral de Proyectos:
• Planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las fases de los proyectos
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad.
• Elaborar y gestionar el cronograma de actividades, solicitando y planificando los recursos de manera eficiente, técnicos y humanos
• Supervisión Técnica y Ejecución en Obra:
• Realización de replanteos en campo y generación de las actas de replanteo para envío al cliente
• Coordinar y supervisar en campo la ejecución del proyecto en todas sus fases
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares técnicos aplicables.
• Resolver incidencias técnicas y operativas en obra
• Coordinación con Equipos y Proveedores:
• Dirigir y gestionar equipos de trabajo en campo.
• Coordinación con proveedores y contratistas.
• Mantener comunicación constante con clientes y stakeholders del proyecto.
• Control de Costes y Presupuestos:
• Realizar seguimiento financiero del proyecto.
• Controlar costos y gestionar desviaciones presupuestarias.
• Optimizar el uso de materiales y recursos.
• Generación y revisión con el cliente de las certificaciones.
• Gestión Documental y Reportes:
• Preparar informes de avance y entrega de proyectos (redacción de memorias).
• Gestionar documentación técnica y legal (licencias de obra y de actividad).
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de procedimientos internos y normativas vigentes.
• Reportes mensuales a los directores de la división

La persona que se incorpore como Ingeniero civil para infraestructuras de teleco, Jefe/a de Proyectos (h/m) deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación: Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica o similar.
• Mínimo 3 años en gestión de proyectos de energía, infraestructuras industriales (bandejas, climatización, protección contra incendios), fibra óptica y telecomunicaciones y con cocimientos de obra civil, técnicas de construcción, cimentaciones, canalizaciones, pequeñas losas de hormigón, arquetas y registros, etc..
• Experiencia en proyectos llave en mano y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Conocimientos de Infraestructura de telecomunicaciones y redes, Instalación y supervisión de proyectos de fibra óptica y cableado estructurado, Normativas y estándares en telecomunicaciones y obra civil, Gestión de presupuestos y control de costes.
• Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
