The role

Multinational company seeks, for its Vallès plant, an Industrialization Engineer to design layout and define processes for new plastic parts.

What you'll do

Be the person responsible for designing the layout, defining the specifications, and leading the industrialization of assigned parts, guaranteeing deadlines, investments, and profitability. Additionally, you will propose and execute improvements to optimize manufacturing processes.

Design the production process and ensure its technical feasibility.
Prepare and manage the process development timing.
Act as the technical liaison with the client, proposing alternatives and solutions.
Lead the process PFMEA and participate in the design FMEA.
Define the specifications for machines and tooling, as well as technical requirements.
Manage change requests in the event of significant process alterations.
Support the Project Manager in the introduction of new technologies and participate in the resolution of internal problems and customer claims.
Define work methods and provide support for RFQs.
