The role

We are looking for a Jr. Process Engineer to join an industrial company in the food sector. The selected person will participate in continuous improvement projects, production data analysis, and process optimization, collaborating closely with the various plant departments. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to get involved in the implementation of a new ERP, acquiring a global vision of industrial operations.

What you'll do

Integrated into the Operations team, the selected person will provide support for the analysis and improvement of the plant's production processes, participating in projects aimed at increasing efficiency, improving performance, and optimizing operational management. To this end, they will perform the following functions:

Support the analysis and improvement of production processes.
Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing times, productivity, yields, waste, and production capacities.
Collaborate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments in the identification and resolution of incidents.
Participate in the preparation, updating, and standardization of work procedures and instructions.
Provide support to continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization projects.
Participate actively in the implementation of a new ERP, collaborating in the review of data, manufacturing routes, capacities, and functional tests.
Monitor improvement actions and prepare reports on results and operational indicators.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Food Engineering, or similar.
Applications from students in their final year with the possibility of carrying out internships through a university agreement will also be valued.
Interest in production, continuous improvement, and industrial operations.
Good command of Excel and ease in working with data.
Analytical capacity, organization, and orientation toward problem-solving.
Proactive profile, with initiative and a desire to learn in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of ERP, traceability, or food safety is valuable.
