The role

I am looking for a Civil Works Site Manager for an important construction company with stable civil works projects in Seville and the surrounding area.

Technician with more than 5 years of experience as a Site Manager

What you'll do

The Civil Works Site Manager who joins the important national construction company will have to perform the following functions:

Plan each of the tasks and jobs to be carried out.
Propose the most suitable procedures, techniques, and means.
Check the certifications.
Control costs.
Control construction deadlines.
Process orders to suppliers.
Coordinate industrial contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor quality plans and adhere to delivery deadlines.
Draft the monthly minutes and closures.
