The role

We are looking for a Site Manager specialized in roofing and facades to join a growing company in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and site supervision in the property sector.

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing and facade construction activities in Zaragoza.
Manage the material and human resources needed to ensure the efficient execution of the works.
Monitor compliance with established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the proper execution of the works.
Prepare progress reports on the projects for management.
Resolve technical and administrative issues that may arise during the development of the works.
Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of the final product.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Academic background in Construction Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related field.
Technical knowledge of roofing and facades within the construction sector.
Ability to manage projects and work teams efficiently.
Skill in problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to the construction sector.
Availability to work in Zaragoza and travel as required by project needs.
