Lean Manufacturing Engineer / Black Belt

We are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer / Black Belt to lead continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and operational optimization in an international industrial environment.

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects at the plant.
• Analyze, identify, and eliminate inefficiencies in production processes.
• Standardize procedures and best practices across different production centers.
• Implement Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and operational excellence tools.
• Coordinate initiatives oriented towards cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify optimization opportunities in industrial processes and production flows.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Participate in internal audits and operational transformation projects.
• Provide support in the implementation of new methodologies and procedures.
• Travel occasionally to other European production centers to learn about processes, equipment, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
• Previous experience in industrial environments developing continuous improvement projects.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.

• Autonomous and proactive profile with the initiative to lead changes.
• Communication and influence skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Minimum B2 English level to work in international environments.
