We are looking for a Marketing Printing Manager to coordinate and supervise the production of graphic materials linked to commercial campaigns, acting as the main interlocutor between internal teams and external creative agencies. The person will be responsible for guaranteeing creative quality, brand consistency, and deadline compliance in a dynamic environment with high promotional activity.

• Coordinate the relationship and daily follow-up with creative and design agencies.
• Manage the creation, adaptation, and production of commercial communication materials in both physical and digital formats.
• Consolidate and prepare the information necessary for the development of creative pieces.
• Review, validate, and approve graphic materials, ensuring their visual quality and content accuracy.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in creative proposals.
• Coordinate with different internal areas to guarantee communication aligned with business objectives.
• Manage priorities, calendars, and deliverables in high workload environments.
• Ensure compliance with visual identity and brand standards.
• Supervise the production of materials such as brochures, flyers, POS, promotional signage, bus shelters, and other online and offline communication supports.
• Manage suppliers and stakeholders involved in commercial campaigns.

• Participate in challenging projects with cutting-edge technologies.
• You will have autonomy to propose solutions and lead technically.

• Previous experience in managing graphic production projects, print marketing, or commercial communication.
• Background in graphic design, layout, editorial production, or related areas.
• Ability to technically validate creative pieces and ensure quality standards.
• Experience coordinating external agencies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of marketing, branding, and commercial communication.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Negotiation and communication skills with different stakeholders.
• Problem-solving, analytical profile oriented toward detail.
• Valuable experience in retail, consumer goods companies, or environments with a high volume of promotional campaigns.
• Experience in supplier management and multidisciplinary collaborative environments.
