The role

We are looking for an Offensive Security Lead (M/F) for the financial services sector in Madrid. This role focuses on ensuring technological security through offensive testing and analysis.

What you'll do

Define and maintain the offensive security strategy and annual plan
Design, coordinate and, when necessary, execute technical security assessments.
Functionally lead the offensive security practice
Define the framework and prioritization criteria for the vulnerability and exposure management program.
Collaborate with Threat Detection & Response in defining scenarios, TTPs and Purple Team exercises
Technical leadership skills and the ability to influence without hierarchical dependency

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, penetration testing or Red Team.
Experience leading programs, projects or technical capabilities.
Experience coordinating specialized vendors.
Experience defining risk-based testing strategies and plans.
