About the role

We are looking for a profile to ensure the reception, classification, resolution, or referral of requests related to HR Operations, guaranteeing agile, accurate, and consistent service, promoting first-contact resolution, driving the use of self-service and knowledge tools, and contributing to meeting service levels, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of the employee experience.

What you'll do

The main objective of this role is to collaborate with the Payroll, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other Human Resources teams to ensure a coordinated and consistent response.

  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the service experience for employees and managers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and candidates regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve incidents and inquiries received via phone, email, employee portal, or ticketing system, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage inquiries related to hiring, onboarding, leaves of absence, contractual changes, internal mobility, and HR administrative processes.
  • Provide information on internal policies, procedures, benefits, vacation, time off, absences, and other employment matters.
  • Log, classify, track, and resolve requests in the case management tool.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialist teams (Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, etc.) as appropriate.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of information in the knowledge base and area procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in Human Resources systems (HRIS).
  • Collaborate on onboarding, offboarding, and organizational change processes.
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation and management of employment documentation.
  • Monitor SLA compliance and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Prepare reports and metrics (KPIs) on inquiry volume, response times, first-contact resolution, and user satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve the employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and data protection legislation.
  • Collaborate with international Human Resources teams in a Shared Services environment, as appropriate.
