We are looking for a specialist in International Logistics and Supply Chain with experience in global transportation, logistics network optimization, and digital transformation to lead strategic initiatives in an international industrial environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, planning, optimizing, and implementing complex international supply chains, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
• Driving the digitalization of logistics processes through the implementation of innovative solutions focused on efficiency and operational transparency.
• Developing and implementing new multimodal transport concepts to strengthen the resilience and sustainability of the global logistics network.
• Analyzing improvement opportunities in the current distribution network, identifying cost optimization and service enhancement opportunities.
• Managing transport capacity planning and assurance based on sales and production forecasts.
• Leading international and cross-functional projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining KPI-based tracking systems for evaluating logistics supplier performance.
• Coordinating continuous improvement initiatives, including performance workshops, supplier monitoring, and incident management.
• Developing digital tools and solutions for the planning, design, and monitoring of global transport networks.
• Representing the logistics area in negotiations related to transport services, costs, and new operational concepts.
• Managing working groups related to product launches, campaigns, and strategic projects.
• Preparing executive documentation and presenting recommendations to management to support decision-making.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives and operational optimization measures.
• Developing and improving logistics methodologies, procedures, and processes in collaboration with different areas of the organization.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Relevant experience in international logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
• C1 level in German and English.
• Experience in cross-functional project management and process optimization.
• Interest and experience in digitalization, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of transport systems, programming, or Low Code environments will be valued.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
• Ability for cross-functional leadership, influence, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in international environments.
• Availability to travel.
