The role

I am looking for a Building Project Manager profile for an Important Developer / Property Company based in Seville to coordinate their projects in the area of new build / renovation and rehabilitation.

What you'll do

The person selected for the position of Building Project Manager within the Important Developer / Property Company will perform the following functions:

Direct/coordinate subcontractors, site management, and contracts.
Supervise safety and control construction expenses.
Supervise project quality to ensure the satisfaction of established objectives.
Coordinate and plan the work to be carried out by the main companies and subcontractors.
Attend weekly site management meetings.
Maintain communication with key clients.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Valuation and analysis of new investments.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The Building Project Manager must provide the following qualities:

Technical training.
More than 5 years of experience in the construction sector coordinating projects as a Construction Group Leader or as a Project Manager.
Availability to reside stably in Seville, providing availability to travel to projects in execution.
