Real estate company seeking a professional to contribute to the development of the investment business line in land, industrial, and logistics assets, by identifying opportunities, structuring transactions, and providing comprehensive advisory to investor clients, actively participating throughout the entire transaction cycle.

What you'll do

Identify and develop business opportunities in the land and logistics investment sector, generating relationships with owners, developers, investors, and operators.
Analyze real estate assets (land, warehouses, logistics projects), evaluating their urban, technical, and financial potential.
Develop economic and financial feasibility models, including investment and divestment scenarios.
Design, prepare, and present investment proposals to clients (funds, SOCIMIs, family offices, developers).
Participate in the structuring, negotiation, and closing of real estate transactions.
Lead or coordinate internal teams in project development, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate closely with other departments (capital markets, agency, valuations, project management, etc.).
Monitor the market, trends, and opportunities in the industrial-logistics segment.
