What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Site Manager positions or similar in industrial projects.
Practical experience in civil works and electromechanical works.
Experience in contractor monitoring, site planning, quality, and safety.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial, mining, energy, or infrastructure projects will be valued.
Knowledge of the industrial fabric, contractors, and suppliers of Ciudad Real, Castilla-La Mancha, and nearby areas will be especially valued.

The role

A Site Manager is sought for an Interesting Mining Project in Ciudad Real. You will be responsible for representing the company on-site, under the direction of the Construction Director, performing direct monitoring and supervision of construction activities.

Coordination of contractors and resolution of incidents.

What you'll do

Daily supervision of the execution of works carried out by contractors and specialized companies.
Monitoring of civil works, electromechanical works, and industrial installations within the assigned fronts.
Field coordination of activities between contractors and disciplines, identifying interferences and facilitating the continuity of works.
Verifying that works are executed in accordance with the engineering, plans, specifications, and applicable quality and safety requirements.
Reviewing short-term planning, resources, construction sequences, and the needs of the different fronts with the contractors.
Identifying site incidents and deviations, promoting their resolution and escalating those requiring additional decisions to the Construction Director.
Participating in site meetings, inspections, and follow-up of commitments.
Verifying the physical progress of works in the field and collaborating with the Project Control team when necessary.
Supporting the Construction Director in the general coordination of execution and in the identification of risks and opportunities for improvement.
