What you'll do

What will your mission be? Lead the Technical Office team, ensuring the technical development of projects, the quality of solutions, and compliance with deadlines, as well as driving new product developments and technical improvements.

Main responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of 6 people within the Technical Office.
Plan workloads and guarantee compliance with deadlines.
Supervise and validate mechanical designs and technical documentation.
Perform and validate hydraulic, structural, and kinematic calculations.
Participate in product development and improvement.
Manage suppliers and technical purchasing of critical components.
Provide technical support to Sales, Production, and After-sales.
Act as a technical reference for clients and internal teams.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Office, Product Engineering, or Technical Development.
Essential experience in the design, development, or supervision of complex machinery integrating mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and/or pneumatic systems.
Experience leading technical teams.
Knowledge of applied hydraulics, 3D mechanical design, and structural/kinematic calculations.
Experience in supplier management and technical purchasing.
We will especially value international experience and knowledge of machinery, safety, welding, or lifting regulations.
