Industrial Processes Manager

Lead the definition, design, and implementation of the industrial model needed to manufacture the fourth and fifth range product portfolio, transforming product developments into safe, efficient, repeatable, and scalable production processes.

• Define the needs for industrial machinery and facilities.
• Multinational in the food sector.

The role will be responsible for determining the needs for facilities, spaces, industrial services, machinery, equipment, and technologies, as well as for developing and executing the investment roadmap required for business growth. Additionally, the key responsibilities include:

• Defining the industrial model needed to manufacture the product portfolio.
• Defining manufacturing parameters and operational standards.
• Industrializing new products in collaboration with R&D.
• Validating processes and ensuring their repeatability.
• Selecting the machinery and equipment needed to develop the industrial model.
• Adapting and configuring production lines according to future needs.
• Leading automation and digitalization projects.
• Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Defining and monitoring production KPIs.
• Leading projects to reduce waste and optimize costs.
• Coordinate suppliers and installation companies.
• Participating in plant expansions and the setup of new production lines.
• Preparing budgets and managing investments (CAPEX).

We are looking for a profile with a degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in process engineering within the food industry. The candidate must also have experience in implementing or expanding production lines and have participated in automation and continuous improvement projects. Ideally, they should have knowledge of thermal processes, cooking, refrigeration, and packaging.
