The role

Industrial Manager with at least 10-15 years of experience leading the production area or plants in the food sector and willing to travel, to lead and optimize the production operations of the different plants of a major food company.

What you'll do

Supervise the production activity of the different plants of the group.
Define and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean Manufacturing, operational efficiency, cost reduction).
Ensure compliance with industrial KPIs: production, waste, productivity, quality, food safety.
Lead and develop local teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Coordinate with other key areas of the plants: Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement...
Standardize processes and ensure the application of common standards across all plants.
Reporting.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 10 years of experience leading teams and in Production Management or Plant Management roles in the food sector.
Advanced level of English.
Profile with strategic vision and a strong results orientation.
Willingness to travel (between 12 and 16 trips per year).
