Requirements

What we're looking for

- Degree in Telecommunications Systems Engineering, Electronics, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance of satellite systems (other systems will not be considered).
- Essential experience in maintenance, operation, or support of satellite communications ground stations or similar (other networks will not be considered).
- Knowledge and experience in handling Radio Frequency measurement equipment for laboratory tests, field measurements, station calibration, and fault diagnosis.
- Knowledge of programming oriented towards testing environments and process automation with measurement equipment is highly valued.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for procedure development, diagnosis, and technical support is valuable.
- Own vehicle for access to the facilities located in Hoyo de Manzanares.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Permanent contract directly with the company.
- Fixed remuneration based on experience and training.
- Annual variable remuneration of 10% of fixed salary.
- Monthly commuting allowance of €400.
- On-call allowance, with remuneration of €460 even if no incidents occur, and payment of overtime in case of intervention.

What you'll do

- Manage, supervise, and maintain the facilities and systems that support the company's satellite fleet.
- Generate and execute maintenance plans associated with the systems, guaranteeing their correct operability and availability.
- Prepare technical documentation relating to installation, integration, validation, and verification tests of ground stations.
- Provide technical training to users and operators of the systems managed by the department.
- Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting activities using Radio Frequency measurement equipment and specific analysis tools.
