What you'll do

Reporting to the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and proper operation of the plant's equipment and facilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities.
  • Diagnose and repair electromechanical and electronic faults in production machinery.
  • Work on control systems, sensors, variable frequency drives, and PLCs.
  • Collaborate on start-up, adjustments, and optimization of production equipment.
  • Record all interventions following the plant's procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce incidents.
  • Work in a coordinated manner with the Production and Quality teams to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with established safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
