The role

As a Purchasing Technician in Málaga, you will manage purchasing activities linked to the Engineering and Manufacturing area within the retail sector. Your work will help ensure the availability of materials and services necessary for daily operations.

What you'll do

Manage purchase requests related to the needs of the Engineering and Manufacturing area.
Search for and contact suppliers to identify suitable supply options.
Request, compare, and review commercial offers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on them until the receipt of materials or services.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather purchasing needs, deadlines, and specifications.
Keep supplier information, orders, and commercial conditions up to date.
Review incidents related to orders and collaborate on their resolution to reduce delays.
Support purchasing planning to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
