Workshop Operations Management

We are looking for an After-Sales Manager (or similar profile) with more than 5 years of experience to lead sales and negotiations at our main yard (10,000 square meters) for finished vehicles, for the FVL division of CEVA Logistics, the leading 3PL logistics operator.

As Workshop Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full operation at our Ciempozuelos plant, ensuring service excellence and profitability in the area. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Leadership and Team Management: You will lead a vertical structure that includes workshop supervisors, mechanics, bodywork, paint, and appraisal teams, as well as the administrative team. You will manage a team of approximately 100 people (50 internal and 50 outsourced), fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Industrial Operations Management: You will plan and optimize operational resources to manage large industrial volumes in a 10,000 m² yard. You will ensure compliance with volume commitments to our clients, maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Management and Profitability Control: You will define and execute strategies focused on the profitability of the business. You will continuously monitor KPIs and productivity, prepare accurate data reporting, and manage the area's P&L.
• Integration and Standardization: You will ensure the correct implementation of management models, authorizations, hiring processes, and operational standards specific to the multinational company CEVA.
• Mobility: You will make occasional trips to satellite yards under your responsibility to ensure operational consistency.

What profile are we looking for?

• Experience: +5 years in After-Sales Manager positions in a dealership or brand environment (people management and client-workshop relations).
• Data Orientation: Strong skills in KPI management, reporting, and business vision (P&L).
• Languages: Advanced English (essential for corporate reporting).
• Skills: Methodical profile, strong team management skills in high-volume environments, and a focus on operational excellence.
