The role

At Natulim, we improve classic cleaning products. We make residue-free products that are easy to use and contain ingredients that are good for the skin and the planet.

Our star product is a laundry detergent in a biodegradable strip format that dissolves in the washing machine.

We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused online customer service expert for October to December to lead our customer service efforts and grow our brand's online presence, especially during the Green Friday peak.

What you'll do

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and social platforms.
Create scalable support systems (e.g., help desk, FAQs, automated responses) to ensure fast and helpful service.
Record and report customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics to drive improvements in products and services.
Develop loyalty and retention strategies through proactive customer contact and problem resolution.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to resolve order issues and improve the post-purchase experience.
