  • Request, compare, and analyze supplier offers, evaluating prices, contractual conditions, deadlines, guarantees, and associated risks, to identify the most competitive and suitable alternatives for each project or corporate need.

  • Prepare technical-economic comparisons, award proposals, and recommendation reports, to facilitate objective, traceable contracting decisions aligned with the purchasing strategy.

  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, contractual duration, guarantees, penalties, deadlines, and other commercial conditions with suppliers, to optimize costs and obtain favorable contractual conditions for the company.

  • Coordinate with the Engineering, Operations, Tendering, Finance, and other internal teams the planning and contracting of supplies and services, to align purchasing processes with the real needs of the projects and avoid deviations in deadline, scope, or budget.

  • Review and process orders, contracts, and the documentation associated with the contracting of energy and related services, to formalize clear, complete agreements in compliance with the company's internal procedures.

  • Monitor orders, contracts, supply activations, renewals, expirations, and incidents with suppliers, to guarantee continuity of supply and compliance with agreed commitments.

  • Update and maintain supplier information, orders, contracts, and commercial conditions in the ERP and other corporate tools, to ensure the traceability, availability, and reliability of purchasing information.

  • Draft and manage contracts with suppliers, verifying compliance with the agreed terms and conditions, to protect the company's interests and establish clear and binding agreements.

  • Evaluate the performance of contracted suppliers and services, reviewing compliance with deadlines, service quality, incidents, and agreed conditions, to promote continuous improvement of the supplier base and reduce operational and economic risks.
