The role

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company within iGaming and online entertainment - we are looking for an experienced Swedish-speaking Regional CRM Manager to take full ownership of the Swedish market.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who truly understands Swedish player behaviour, local regulations, and CRM best practices, and who wants real influence over strategy, execution, and results.

As Regional CRM Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the full customer lifecycle strategy for Sweden. Your mission is simple (but not easy): drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value through smart, compliant, and data-driven CRM initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with product, content, design, and data teams, while acting as the go-to person for everything CRM related in your market.

Requirements

Native Swedish speaker with proven experience working with the Swedish market

Fluent in English, written and spoken

3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment

Strong understanding of Swedish user behaviour, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape

Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar

Highly data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis

Structured, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

About Next Job Abroad

Next Job Abroad is a recruitment and relocation agency that specializes in placing Nordic and Dutch-speaking professionals into customer service, travel assistance, and tech support roles across Southern Europe, particularly Spain. The company acts as an intermediary between international talent and employers in sectors like iGaming, healthcare, and customer experience, handling everything from job placement to flight and relocation logistics.

The company's entire Spain operation is built around international hires: nearly all of its open roles in Spain are for Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and German speakers, with positions spread across Málaga, Alicante, Torrevieja, and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. For an international professional, Next Job Abroad offers a clear path into Spain's sunbelt, with paid relocation, remote-friendly roles, and a work culture that is explicitly designed around helping foreigners make the move — making it a highly relevant employer for anyone looking to combine a tech or service job with a life in Spain.

Good to know if you are moving

  • Relocation packages are standard: most Spain-based roles include paid flights and help with the move, so you don't have to fund the relocation yourself.
  • The company hires exclusively for international talent — nearly every open role in Spain is for a Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or German speaker.
  • Roles are concentrated on the Costa del Sol (Málaga, Alicante, Torrevieja, Fuengirola), so you can live by the beach while working in tech, customer service, or healthcare.
  • Several positions are fully remote from anywhere in the EU, which suits digital nomads who want to keep moving.
  • The employer handles the Spanish visa and work-permit paperwork as part of the relocation, removing a big administrative hurdle for non-EU candidates.
