• Previous experience in floor supervision roles, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels.
• Knowledge of catering, protocol, and customer service.
• Leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

As 2nd Maître, you will support the Maître in the direction and organization of the activities and services of a food and beverage outlet at the hotel in a continuous effort to improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the areas of responsibility.

• Support the Maître in the organization and supervision of restaurant and event service.
• Coordinate, motivate, and supervise the floor team during various services.
• Guarantee compliance with the company's quality and service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service, managing incidents in an effective and professional manner.
• Collaborate in the planning of schedules, task distribution, and team monitoring.
• Supervise the correct preparation and presentation of the service areas.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
