Experience in PDA handling.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.

Availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Reside in the Barberá del Vallés area or its surroundings.

The role

At Nortempo, we are selecting a Logistics Administrator for an important company in the food distribution sector. We are looking for an organized, decisive person with experience in administrative management, accustomed to working in dynamic logistics environments in warehouses and with PDA handling.

What you'll do

Duties

Management and monitoring of administrative and logistics documentation.
Entry, updating, and verification of data in the management system.
Control and filing of delivery notes, invoices, and incidents.
Monitoring of orders, receptions, and shipments of goods.
Coordination with warehouse, transport, and different internal departments.
Telephone assistance and administrative support to the operations team.
Management of incidents related to distribution and transport.
Handling of PDAs and radio frequency systems for the control and traceability of goods.
Occasional operational support in tasks related to the logistics activity of the center.

How you'll work

Schedule

Fortnightly shift rotation
Morning shift: 06:00 h to 14:00 h (2 weeks).
Afternoon shift: 14:00 h to 22:00 h (2 weeks).
