Data Analyst - Call Database Specialist

Previous experience working with commercial databases or in call center environments.

Advanced mastery of Excel and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, or similar) and, if you have some SQL, even better.

Analytical vision, ability to prioritize, to anticipate, and to detect hidden opportunities in the data.

Fluent communication with non-technical teams and the ability to translate numbers into business decisions.

Collaborative spirit, proactive attitude, and a great deal of curiosity to keep learning.
