Project Architect - Project and Infrastructure Design

• Higher education in Architecture: You will need this background to be able to sign and legally and technically lead the company's executive and real estate projects.

• More than 4 years of experience in developers, construction companies, or architectural studios: This will provide you with real field knowledge and the fluency necessary to draft complex technical reports and coordinate construction management with a business vision.

• Proficiency in the development of technical documentation: We are looking for a methodical profile who enjoys precision in architectural reports, ensuring that nothing is left to chance in the executive phase.

• Knowledge of local regulations: Given that the projects and properties to be developed are located in this territory, it is fundamental that you know first-hand the local regulations (CTE, habitability, and POUMS) and the sector dynamics in the region.

We are currently looking to bring on board a Senior Project Architect - Project and Infrastructure Management focused 100% on the developer and real estate environment. We are not looking for a purely artistic or conceptual design profile, but rather a technical, methodical professional with a solid background in the execution and documentation of real projects.

• Lead the integral development of preliminary designs, basic projects, and executive projects for single-family and multi-family real estate developments and the company's corporate spaces, to ensure maximum excellence in architectural and structural design, gaining a global and strategic vision of each work.

• Assume on-site construction management, coordinating resources and ensuring that the final execution is faithful to the technical project, which will allow you to validate your decisions on the ground and guarantee maximum safety in construction.

• Rigorously draft and supervise technical documentation and project reports, guaranteeing strict regulatory and deadline compliance, so that you become the technical and quality benchmark for the department.

• Coordinate in an agile and collaborative manner with the drafting team, relying on them for the development of the planimetry for basic and executive projects, optimizing delivery times and fostering an enriching work environment based on camaraderie.
