Internship – Internal Training Department

• Provide administrative support in the management and monitoring of internal training through the OCA Campus.

• Manage and archive training records, keep personnel files updated, and input information into Salesforce.

• Channel and assign DRT tickets through Jira to the corresponding managers.

• Collaborate closely with the technical training team in the preparation and updating of training and procedural manuals, assisting in technical meetings regarding applicable regulations.

• Vocational Training student (Intermediate or Higher Degree in Administration or similar) with the possibility of formalizing an internship agreement.

• Fluent use of the Office suite and ease in learning digital platforms and management systems.

• Organizational skills, meticulousness in document management, and the ability to work in a team.

• Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and good interpersonal communication.

• Availability to work a morning schedule (from 9:00h to 14:00h).

• Autonomy and confidence, in a team that drives initiative and responsibility.
