Due to our growth, we are looking to hire a Telemarketing Agent in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

Your day-to-day will focus mainly on the telephone management of contacts and leads to recruit students for our subsidized courses.

• Every day, you will call people interested in our courses to inform them, resolve doubts, and guide them through the enrollment process.

• You will contact companies and organizations to establish collaborations and obtain student referrals.

• You will perform telephone follow-ups on leads generated by internal campaigns, databases, or other sources.

• You will manage and update the database with contact information and management results.

• You will resolve doubts, guide candidates, and maintain fluid communication with them.

• You will carry out occasional visits to entities to present our training offer.
