What you'll do

Analysis and control of HR processes:
Participate in the review and analysis of data from Human Resources area processes, supporting strategic decision-making based on data.
Supervision and quality control of the fleet
Guarantee the quality and operational standards of the corporate fleet, coordinating administrative procedures, regulatory compliance, and documentary updates.
Optimization of internal processes:
Identify areas for improvement in departmental procedures, contributing to greater efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration with the team:
Provide administrative and technical support in various tasks, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the People & Talent team.
