Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of previous experience in administrative functions; experience in companies within the technical sector, engineering, or regulatory inspection entities (OCA) will be especially valued.
Digital competencies: Fluent command of the Office suite (with advanced Excel skills) and proficiency in the use of ERPs or management databases.
Skills: High organizational capacity, rigor in the handling of confidential data, and an orientation toward the agile resolution of incidents.
Location: Residency in Málaga or surrounding areas.

At OCA Global, we continue to strengthen our operations and are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Regulatory Inspections area in our Málaga offices. What you'll do

In your day-to-day work, you will assume a key role in the operational and documentary support of the technical area, being responsible for the following functions:

Manage, process, and archive technical documentation, minutes, and reports derived from regulatory inspections.
Register, update, and follow up on files and information in the company's internal systems and platforms.
Process the department's invoicing and perform the administrative control of commercial proposals and technical services.
Provide administrative assistance to clients, owners, and field inspectors, ensuring agile and efficient communication.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30h to 18:00h and Friday from 8:30h to 15:30h. Additionally, intensive hours are worked in July, August, and on the eve of holidays.
