What we're looking for

We are looking for a person who combines business vision, technological knowledge, and leadership capacity.

+5 years of experience in Data, Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, technology, or innovation.
Experience leading AI projects with real business impact, from identifying opportunities to their implementation.
Ability to identify and prioritize use cases, define roadmaps, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in industrial environments, operations, engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain will be especially valued.
Solid knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, as well as technologies such as LLMs (both commercial and open source), agents, automation, and hybrid/private infrastructure.
Ability to understand and evaluate technical solutions, analyzing their viability in terms of security, long-term costs, and third-party dependencies, without needing to be a purely technical profile.
Orientation toward results, innovation, and value generation for the business.

We are looking to hire an Artificial Intelligence Leader who will take on the responsibility of defining and accelerating our AI strategy, connecting technological capabilities with real business needs.

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem, and a strong orientation toward results, capable of moving naturally between management, business areas, and technical teams.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for defining, driving, and evolving Orona's Artificial Intelligence strategy, under a solid governance framework, identifying high-impact opportunities and converting them into concrete, measurable, and scalable initiatives.

Define, implement, and lead the governance framework, usage policies, and AI procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, data security, privacy, and the management of associated risks.
Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and objectives.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases across the different areas of the company.
Evaluate the feasibility, impact, and return of initiatives, establishing clear priorities and KPIs.
Lead AI projects from start to finish, from identifying the opportunity to its implementation, scaling, and measurement of results.
Drive the adoption of Generative AI, copilots, and agents, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and automate processes.
Coordinate internal teams, business areas, and technological partners, ensuring effective and results-oriented execution.
Act as an internal AI reference point, promoting adoption, knowledge, and organizational transformation.
