One of our clients located in Barcelona, belonging to the energy sector, is looking to match with a versatile and committed Customer Service Agent to be the main point of contact with customers.

• Comply with the key performance indicators (KPI) established by the Customer Quality and Service Law.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints in accordance with internal procedures.
• Be consistent and efficient when managing requests.
• Prioritize and manage multiple cases with attention to detail and care.
• Be proactive and oriented toward teamwork: collaboration is key in this position.
• Establish solid and respectful relationships both with customers and with colleagues.
