As a Service Crew member, your mission will be to ensure that our travelers have an excellent Ouigo experience, always looking out for safety on board the trains.

To do so:

• You will be on board the trains, performing boarding activities and on-board service, having direct contact with all our travelers. Additionally, you will perform various tasks in the OuiBar to offer bar and cafeteria service to our most restless travelers.
• You will work as a traveler manager in our operations center, providing after-sales service, which will allow you to get to know the needs and concerns of our travelers firsthand.
• You will participate in company actions and promotions, reflecting the Ouigo image of our team.
