The role
Location: Guadalcázar (Córdoba)
What you'll do
We are looking for administrative assistants to join our team in Guadalcázar. Their main functions are:
Phone support and email management.
Management, filing, and updating of documentation.
Data entry and control.
Preparation of invoices, budgets, and other administrative documents.
Support for the administration department and performance of tasks specific to the position.
How you'll work
Full-time position divided into two shifts:
Mornings: 8:00 to 16:00 hours.
