Insurance Back Office Administrator

We are currently looking to bring on a Back office administrative assistant with experience in insurance for one of our clients located in Parque Empresarial La Carpetania (Getafe).

• Management and review of documentation related to policies and claims
• Validation and document control in client systems
• Indexing and filing of emails and case files
• Verification and cross-checking of administrative data
• Follow-up on the status of case files

• Temporary contract for 3 months, with the possibility of renewal
• Real possibility of becoming a permanent staff member
• Full-time
• Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Salary according to the interprofessional minimum wage (SMI).

Experience in administrative tasks
