What we're looking for

Minimum required training: Higher degree in administration and finance.

Driver's license and own vehicle.

Residency in Getafe or surrounding areas.

We will value having 1 year of experience in similar positions, although we are open to meeting junior profiles without experience.

We are looking for a person with an open character, who is dynamic and very proactive.

What do we offer?

Permanent contract directly with the company.

Salary of up to €21,000 gross per year if you provide experience, or adjusted if you are a junior profile.

Split shift from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00h and from 15:00 to 18:00h. Fridays with an intensive workday from 8:00 to 15:00h.

At Randstad, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Consultoria empresarial, a growing company dedicated to the comprehensive management of industrial vehicles, agency services, and insurance, located in Getafe.

What you'll do

Your duties:

Preparation and management of files.

Carrying out administrative procedures both in the office and at various Agencies.

Control and maintenance of the archive.

In-person customer service for the company's clients.
