Currently, we want to expand the team in our Expansion Department and are looking to incorporate an Expansion Promoter in the Canary Islands, residing in Tenerife, whose mission will be to drive Plenergy's growth in the islands through the identification, analysis, and negotiation of new service stations and expansion opportunities, providing experience in the sector and guaranteeing the commercial, urban planning, and contractual viability of each opportunity.

• Identify and capture operating service stations with potential for leasing by the company.
• Prospect the market and generate new expansion opportunities within the assigned area.
• Establish contact and negotiate with owners, operators, and business groups in the sector.
• Perform the preliminary analysis of the commercial, strategic, and operational viability of the detected opportunities.
• Manage and perform follow-up of the entire negotiation process until the formalization of lease agreements.
• Prepare activity reports and keep information on identified opportunities up to date.
• Maintain dialogue with key market agents to detect new growth possibilities.
