• At least 3 years of experience performing functions as a Site Manager / Construction Manager, with special value placed on retail and industrial sector projects.
• Availability to travel as required by project needs.
• Good coordination and planning skills and a high capacity for incident resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of Presto and Autocad.
• Driver's license.

At Plenergy, we specialize in the operation of automated service stations, and we are currently immersed in a major process of national growth and expansion, which leads us to reinforce our Construction team. We are looking for a Construction Manager to be in charge of coordinating and supervising the execution of the works at our Service Stations.

The selected person will perform the following FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate the work of construction companies and subcontracted firms for the construction and/or renovation of service stations nationwide.
• Supervise and monitor the work performed by the various subcontracted companies, as well as coordinate with engineering firms performing the technical management of the works.
• Verify that the execution of the works is being carried out in accordance with the definition of the developed project.
• Perform the planning of the different execution phases of the works, as well as control their execution times.
• Conduct construction monitoring meetings with the defined frequency.
• Provide the best possible solution to the different unforeseen events that arise during the execution of the project.
• Review and approve certifications from construction companies and subcontracted firms.
