Corporate Insurance Sales

You are a match if...

• You have at least 10 years of experience in comparable sales roles, ideally with substantial experience selling group health and life insurance to corporate clients, and can manage insurance sales independently from day one.
• You have experience selling group insurance to businesses, particularly health and life insurance, and negotiating with corporate clients and insurers.
• You can obtain and compare quotations, assess cover and policy terms, and translate technical information into a clear commercial proposal.
• You have strong consultative selling, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders in SMEs and large organisations.
• You can train and support other sales professionals, collaborating to develop and close opportunities.
• You are organised and disciplined in pipeline management, follow-ups and sales forecasting.
• You have professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Currently certified at Level 2 in Insurance Distribution.

• Experience within an insurance brokerage or intermediary, including complex group insurance arrangements.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and flexible remuneration schemes.
• Experience working with sales networks or internal referral channels.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Relevant qualifications in insurance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

You will join Pluxee's insurance sales team, driving sales of group health and life insurance to SMEs and large companies within an integrated employee benefits platform.

Pluxee's sales network generates opportunities and opens doors to clients. Your mission will be to convert those opportunities into business: identify needs, develop insurance proposals, negotiate terms and close agreements. You will lead the sales process through to handover to the Account Management team, while helping the wider sales network identify and develop new opportunities.

• Lead consultative insurance sales. Understand each company's needs, benefits policy and employee population to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Manage opportunities through to closing. Qualify opportunities, define next steps and lead presentations, negotiations and contracting, working alongside the originating sales representative.
• Develop insurance proposals. Obtain quotations from insurers, compare pricing and cover, review exclusions and underwriting requirements, and prepare clear client proposals.
• Negotiate group insurance arrangements. Negotiate pricing and terms with insurers and manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and requirements.
• Grow business within existing accounts. Identify opportunities to introduce insurance and cross-sell products across Pluxee's client base.
• Train and support the sales network. Help sales teams identify insurance needs, qualify opportunities and communicate the value proposition; join client meetings where needed.
• Manage the pipeline in Salesforce. Keep opportunities, next steps and sales forecasts up to date, ensuring accurate information and consistent follow-up.
• Coordinate closing and handover. Ensure agreed terms, documentation and client commitments are properly transferred to the Account Management team to support onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams. Work with Account Management, Operations, Product and Legal to ensure proposals are feasible and commercial commitments can be delivered.
