Education:

Required:

- Student or completed higher/middle degree in Computer Engineering and/or information technologies in general.

- Intermediate IT level (Office environment).

- Intermediate English. Other languages are valuable.

- B1/ Driver's License.

- Studies in tourism and digitalization are valuable.

- Participate in the analysis of the area's procedures and operations and provide proposals for improvement and development.

- Drive the digitalization, automation, and optimization of processes and projects, identifying improvement opportunities through the use of new technologies and digital tools.

- Use and explore generative Artificial Intelligence solutions and specialized assistants, such as Claude and other AI tools, to optimize tasks, analyze information, generate documentation, resolve incidents, and improve efficiency in the development and monitoring of projects.

- Ability to read and interpret code and programming logic (functions, abstraction, encapsulation) that supports the tools and automation used daily for distribution management. Basic knowledge of relational databases will be valued, including queries, joins, and table structures, to allow for understanding how the data used in said tools is generated, processed, and updated.

- Apply technological tools and environments, such as Visual Studio Code and other development and automation solutions, to support the implementation and improvement of processes and digital solutions.

- Management of rates, offers, and promotional codes for marketing campaigns.

- Updating content on sales platforms.

- Maintenance of negotiation conditions in the different systems.

- Review prices and restrictions through the different distribution platforms.

- Resolve inquiries and incidents received in the quality inbox.
