The role

Supervise and manage the contracts under their responsibility, correctly assigning/distributing them among the Managers reporting to them, and overseeing the economic, technical, commercial, and administrative aspects, while identifying new business opportunities.

What you'll do

Supervise and plan service delivery, assigning services to the Managers under their responsibility.
Support the resolution of serious incidents that may arise and implement improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
Analyze the status of contracts under their responsibility and implement improvement plans.
Strengthen relationships with current clients by becoming their trusted partner.
Supervise the hiring, management, and training of all employees under their responsibility.
Maintain a smooth relationship with the Workers' Representatives, assisting Works Councils and collaborating with the Labour Relations department.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or similar.
Languages: Minimum English level C1.
Experience: Minimum five years managing teams and environmental services contracts.
Corporate competencies: Business acumen, achieving maximum performance, communication, understanding circumstances and relationships, and developing people.
